Ingredients

  • 1 cupGolden sela rice
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cupcabbage chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • to tastesalt and pepper powder
  • 2 tsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 3 tspoil
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 4 to 5 hours

  2. 2

    Steam rice but not fully cooked

  3. 3

    Take a pan, add little olive oil

  4. 4

    Saute all vegetables

  5. 5

    Add partially cooked rice, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder

  6. 6

    Serve hot
