Heat oil in a pan, put jeera. Let it splutter

Add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Add all dry spices. Mix it

Add boiled mutter. Mix well.

Add coriander leaves. Keep aside.

Now take all ingredients and knead firm dough.

Take little portion of dough and roll it.

Cut into half. Take one piece and make cone shape and stuff potato mixture.

With the help of water stick the edges.

Now make all accordingly.

Now heat oil and fry samosas on medium hot oil till golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with green chutney and sweet chutney.
