A delicious twist on orecchiette, which are now famous worldwide for being served with broccoli rabe. In this recipe, I’m sharing a super tasty way to enjoy them.

In a skillet, sauté the pancetta with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the zucchini, diced, and cook for a few minutes while you boil the pasta.

Cook the orecchiette in boiling water. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water, and add the pasta to the skillet with the zucchini.

Add the mascarpone and stir, adding some reserved cooking water until you get a creamy sauce. Season with black pepper and some grated Parmesan cheese.
