Steps

Heat oli and pan fried the fish (3min each side) about 4 time cover with lid (bring the fish out and put aside)

Heat oil in pan, put garlic and ginger (stir fry 1min) add in soya sauce, dark sauce, sesame oil (mix well) and add in 50ml water (mix well)

Add in the fish and boil for 5 min (in between turn each side) ready to served
