Ingredients

  • Self raising flour
  • Water
  • 1tspn cinnamon
  • Sugar to your liking
  • vanillaYoghurt
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add the yogurt and water mix then add the eggs

  3. 3

    Let the butter settle for at least 30 min

  4. 4

    Heat the pan add the butter till it bubbles add oil and cook both sides till brown

    Enjoy with or without syrup and a cup of tea or coffee
