  1. 250 gmsbaby corns
  2. 1onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. Handfulcorriander leaves
  5. 1,1/2sp chilly powder
  6. 1sp turmeric powder
  7. 2sp rice flour
  8. 2sp besan
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for frying

    Chop baby corn small pieces, similarly chop onion too,chop green chillies and corriander leaves.

    Add rice flour and besan to chopped baby corns.

    Add turmeric powder, chilly powder,salt to taste and mix well to coat.

    Add little by little water to it.

    Heat oil in kadai and fry till golden crisp and serve hot with schezwan sauce tastes super.
