  • 250 mlwater
  • 1big onion
  • handfulTamarind
  • to tasteSalt And red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspoil

  1. 1

    Soak the tamarind on water for 10mins

    Put the long cut bitter guard, salt,turmeric, red chilli powder, onions and oil in a pan

    At the tamarind water to the pan and cook on medium flame for 20mins until the oil floats.
