Ingredients

60 mins
6 people
  • 250 gmfresh green mutter
  • 3potatoes
  • 3/4 cupmint leaves
  • 3/4 cupmethi(fenugreek) leaves
  • 3/4 cupoats
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspdry mango powder(amchur)
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tbspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boil the potatoes and keep aside to cool

  2. 2

    Now wash nicely all the green veggies and mutter and hrind it in a mixer grinder.

  3. 3

    Now saute the green paste in a kadhai without oil.

  4. 4

    Cook till you a thick consistency
    Now grate the potatoes and add to the green mixture

  5. 5

    Mix it well and keep stirring to avoid sticking.Now coarsely grind the oats and add to the mixture.
    Now add all the spices mix well and cook for 3-4 mins.

  6. 6

    Off the flame and let the mixture cool Now grease your hands with oil take some mixture and give kebab shape.

  7. 7

    Prepare all the kababs from the dough and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.

  8. 8

    Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till on medium flame till it crispy and crunchy.

  9. 9

    Remove on a kitchen paper napkin to absorb the excess oil.Serve hot with sauce chutney or any dip of your choice.
