Soak the beans for 5-6 hours, then rinse and cook in a pot for 30-45 minutes. Add rock sugar, ginger, and pandan leaves, and cook until the beans are soft.

Make the tapioca pearls: Dissolve tapioca starch and sugar in boiling water. Knead until the dough is no longer sticky. Cut into small cubes and roll into balls. Boil the tapioca pearls in boiling water for about 15 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove and place in cold water (to keep them chewy and prevent sticking). Then soak in sugar water to make them sweet and delicious.

Coconut milk: Cook coconut milk with sugar water, pandan leaves, and a bit of condensed milk (simmer on low heat until it thickens to your liking).
