Mix dry ingredients flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Combine egg, milk and melted butter in a separate bowl and stir mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. Do not over mix.

Pour 1/6 batter (I use a soup spoon) onto a greased hot non-stick pan. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown.

Cut banana in circle and place on top of a pancake; put enough amount of syrup and enjoy. You can also enjoy you pancakes without a banana.
