Ingredients

  • 315 gAP Flour
  • 8 gSugar
  • 4 gSalt
  • 115 gUnsalted butter
  • 95 gShortening
  • 113 gcold water

Steps

    Combine dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add cold butter and shortening in small pieces

  3. 3

    Slowly add cold water, gently mix

  4. 4

    Once dough comes together, roll out on floured surface into a disc

  5. 5

    Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour before using
