Oil & Gluten-Free Okara Apple Cake Oil & Gluten-Free Okara Apple Cake
Recently I've been trying various easy okara cake recipes (oil-free, wheat-free and low-calorie), and I think this one is a big success. I thought it may be not sweet enough since I only used 2 tablespoons sugar. But with the natural sweetness of the apple, the cake was moderately sweet, and maybe I shouldn't say this myself, but it was delicious. Please bear in mind that the sweetness of the cake varies depending on the apple you use. So use the sweetest looking apple as possible. I don't recommend using sour type apples. You only need to whip the eggs for 1 minute, but whip them really well continuously. Be sure to use large size eggs. The end product will vary depending on the okara you use. In Step 2, add the apple first to the egg mixture, and mix. Then add the okara, and mix really well. The batter is rather thick, so be sure to put the batter into the corners at the bottom of the cake pan. The "Increased Okara Version" is moderately sweet, so adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar in the batter, or by pouring caramel sauce over the cake. Recipe by ne-ne cookpad.japan -

Easy Apple Cake Easy Apple Cake
I thought maybe since there are so many apples in this cake, it is low in calories and so it often has been featured as a snack at my house. This recipe uses a relatively modest amount of sugar, so don't reduce it further.Adding just the cinnamon is tasty, but I like to bake this cake with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. In this case cinnamon should be the main spice and a single sprinkle of the other spices is enough.Serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream makes this cake even more delicious! For 18 x 18 cm [7.1 x 7.1 in] cake. Recipe by spitze cookpad.japan -

Caramel Apple Cake Caramel Apple Cake
Making the same apple cake over and over is boring, so I came up with this new version. For those who don't want their cut apples to discolour, squirt some lemon juice . In Step 2 when making the caramel, lining the frying pan makes it far easier to clean at the end! Keep an eye on the caramel right until it changes colour. Once it's a brown tea colour, take it off the heat. Recipe by mimiko10 cookpad.japan
