Ganpati Festival special recipe basically made with khoya, coconut and many more ingredients

Melt the ghee on low flame

Add khoya and saute it on low flame

Add cocoa powder and mix well

Add cardamom powder and mix

Add powdered sugar and mix well

Add chopped rose petals and mix well....and let it cool down

After cooling down made dough of it....use very little oil

For giving shape use modak mould or use hands and refrigerate it for around 2-3 hrs

Remove it and demould it and coat it with grated coconut and serve
