Mix all the dals

Wash and soak them for 1 hour

Grind the dals with green chillies ginger and red chillies.

Add all the spices and mix well

Heat the tawa and spread the batter like dosa

Let it cook and flip the dosa to cook from both the sides.

Dosa is ready..serve hot with chutney sauce or Potato ki sabzi
