  • Halfonion, strips

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate beef with salt. Heat wok then add cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Make sure cooking oil is hot before adding beef. Quickly stir fry beef until color changes.

  3. 3

    Then remove. Then stir fry onion until translucent then add beef.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well then remove.
