Saute the unsweetened khoya in nonstick pan on medium flame. Stir continuously for 15minutes.

Add powdered sugar to khoya, cook them till honey color of khoya. Add elachi powder, nutmeg powder and kesar strings then mix them. Transfer the mixture into plate.

Spread the castor sugar in plate. Make a small balls and roll the peda on castor sugar.
