Steps

Take a gram flour in a bowl and put 1 tbsp oil in gram flour and pinch of baking soda in it and mix it with water to make a dough.

SUGAR SYRUP- take 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and orange food colour and mix it nicely in a pan to make sugar syrup.

Take a pan and put oil in a pan and keep pan on gas, now take a skimmer and put gram flour dough on it. Once you put dough on skimmer then it will automatically turn into the bundi shape and then fry them.

Once it is fried completely, now next step is to put them in sugar syrup. After that your bundi is ready.
