Steps

Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil them. Take them out on a plate. Add Black Salt to taste, 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder. Start mixing.

Add 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder. Mix everything. Knead until there's no lump.

Make small balls out of the potato dough.

Take 2 breads. Put on a tawa. Flip them once.

Add the spiced potato on one bread. Cover with the other bread.

Add 2-3 drops of oil. Fry it golden brown.

Cut diagonally and serve with KETCHUP or CHUTNEY of your choice.
