  • 2 cuproasted dalia(porridge)
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1Tomato sliced
  • 1Capsicum sliced
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 Tspcumin seeds
  • 1 Tspred chilli powder
  • 1 Tspturmeric powder
  • 1 Tbspcoriander powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 Tsppav Bhaji masala or sabji masala
  • 2 TbspGhee
  • 2-3chopped garlic
  • Pinchasafoetida

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pressure cooker and add cumin, heing,onion, green chillies, chopped garlic & saute it.

    Now add all masale with little water and add dalia.mix nicely and add 1& 1/2 glass of water.

    Wait for 2 whistle at medium flame and serve with curd.
