This dish is usually pair with anything spicy with coconut cream (i.e Spanish Mackerel in Spicy Coconut Cream). The Keen's Curry Powder is added to give this dish a lift in taste. This curry powder comes in a small tin and we add only a tsp or two of this curry powder to our stir fried non-leafy vegies.

Cooking the beans - Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok or deep sauce pan. Add garlic, onion, ginger and bird eye chillies. Sauté for few seconds and immediately add turmeric and KEEN'S Curry Powder. Sauté until aromatic then stir in beans. Cook on medium heat.

Add 1-2 tbsp of water just to slightly wet the dish. Season beans with chicken seasoning powder. Taste and adjust accordingly, then cook to preferred doneness. Some like them slightly crisp, others may prefer their beans softer. Serve warm.
