Groundnut cake

Steps

In a mortar, pour all the Groundnuts

Pound it coarsely or you can pour in a dried blender and blend coarsely, keep aside

In a Frying pan or sauce pan or por, pour your sugar. Heat it under low heat until it caramelized and turn into brown colour.

Add the Groundnuts and stir immediately until well combined. Remove from the fire and place it in an oily smeared flat surface or board. Use your rolling pin and roll it immediately. Don't allow it to cool. Flatten it. Use knife and cut into your desired shape.

Allow to cool for like 3 minutes. Serve with chilled drink or tea
