Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgram flour
  2. 2chillies
  3. 1medium sized onion
  4. 1 bunchdhania
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. Ginger
  7. 1 pinchegg yellow
  8. 1 pinchbaking powder
  9. Salt to tast
  10. 1 cupwater
  11. 1 teaspooncurry powder

    Check to ensure you have everything you need

    Wash and chop them into small piece crush the garlic and grate ginger

    In a clean bowl mix the your spices together, add egg yellow, salt, curry powder and your gram flour

    Add one cup of water

  5. 5

    Mix to achieve a nice consistency

    Heat your deep frying oil in a clean pan

  7. 7

    Scoop each mixture with a spoon as you deep into the heated oil to get the nice golden brown you like

    Serve to enjoy
