FOR STUFFING- In a pan add ghee and add coconut powder.

Now add rosted suji and off the flame.

Went the above mixture become cool add powdered sugar

Then add in it all dry fruits.

Then add elaichi powder mix well.

Finally stuffing is prepared for gujiya.

FOR DOUGH- In a large mixing bowl add maida

Further add hot ghee over maida.

Now add hot water over maida and make soft dough.

Now cover it with a cloth and rest for 30 min.

NOW FOR MAKING GUJIYA- Now take a small sized dough and make small ball from it.

Further, roll to slightly small puris and cut to a round shape.

Now place a tsp of gujiya stuffing in it.

Now stich the edges together and press slightly.

NOTE- Take care before folding the edges as the stuffing can come out.

Furthermore, deep fry the gujiya in oil till golden brown.

Make sugar syrup by adding 1 and 1/2 cup sugar in a pan and 1/2 cup water.

Stir it continuously till it become little thick.

But don't make it too thick.

Add saffron in it.

Add Gujiya when Sugar syrup become little cool

Serve hot.
