Protein is good for our body. Paneer and Almonds are good source of protein. So I made Paneer Badami korma for my family. It's very easy to make and take very less time to cook.

Protein is good for our body. Paneer and Almonds are good source of protein. So I made Paneer Badami korma for my family. It's very easy to make and take very less time to cook.
Steps

Soak almond in water for 10 minutes.

Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry 1 Onion cubes, chopped tomato and garlic cloves for 2 minutes.

After cooling grind fried onion and garlic with soaked almonds to a fine paste.

Heat oil in a wok and fry paneer cubes till light golden.

Heat butter in another pan and put 1 onion cubes.

Fry till pink in colour and add grounded paste.

Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder.

Add fried paneer pieces and capsicum cubes.

Mix well and add water and salt.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes and then add cream.

Garnish with almonds and serve hot with naan.
