Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 3 lbsmussels (about 1.4 kg)
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1large onion
  • 1 containergarlic and herb cheese spread (such as Boursin, about 5.2 oz/150 g)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cupdry white wine (about 200 ml)

Steps

6 minutes
  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion. Sauté it in olive oil on the sauté or browning setting of your pressure cooker for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the mussels and white wine. Cook under pressure for 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the garlic and herb cheese spread, close the lid, and let it melt for a few minutes.
