Ingredients

  • For Manchurian Balls
  • 1/4 cupSpring Onion Greens, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupCabbage finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupGreen Beans finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupCarrots finely chopped
  • 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspWhite Pepper powder
  • 1 cupRefined Flour
  • 2 tbspCornstarch
  • As neededOil for deep frying
  • For Gravy
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 inchGinger finely chopped
  • 3-4Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 2-3Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  • as neededVegetable Stock
  • 1/4 cupSpring Onion Greens finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupCoriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbspCornstarch slurry
  • For Manchurian Dry
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 inchGinger finely chopped
  • 3-4Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspSoya Sauce
  • 1/4 cupSpring Onion Greens finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupCoriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbspCornstarch slurry

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    For Manchurian Balls:-
    In a mixing balls, add all the ingredients, mix well.

  2. 2

    In a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.

  3. 3

    Fry manchurian balls till golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Remove on a kitchen towel. Keep aside.

  5. 5

    Gravy:-
    Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add soy sauce and vegetable stock, mix well.

  7. 7

    Add spring onion greens and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add cornstarch slurry, mix well and let it come to rolling boil.

  9. 9

    Add Manchurian balls, mix well gently and let the gravy thicken.

  10. 10

    Gravy manchurian is ready to serve hot with rice or noodles.
