Steps

Take in a pan ghee & hit. roast the makhana in a medium flame. When it crunch add khaskhas & roast a minute then off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl.Than in apan add dryfruit and roast. Transfer it in abowl.

Take makhana & khaskhas in a mixerjar & crush it not afine but dardara crush. Take some makhana for garnish.

Boil milk. when it become half then add the makhana & khaskhas mix.cook for 5 minutes & add the sugar you can take according to your taste more or less.Then add dryfruit & off the flame. Minimum 20/25 minutes let it cool at room temperature & do not stir because layer of malai become on to of kheer.Then put in freeze for cheel.

Now you take serving bowl & add makhana kheer add some whole makhana & dryfruit for garnish it& serve chilled makhana kheer.!!
