Pulao pattata
Steps

Cut potatoes in small pieces and chopped onion and soak rice in water and wash it properly

Take one pan add oil when oil heats add potatoes. Add salt mix well and keep it in low flame till it cooked. When it's cooked remove extra oil from it and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Pattata is ready

Take one cooker add some oil and than add chopped onion and some salt cooked onion till pinkish red than add water rice and all masale
- 4
Cover the cooker lid till 2 whistle. Pulav is ready to serve
