Peel the tomatoes and cucumber. Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bowl. Add the seasonings except for the water.

Blend on high speed for about 4 minutes until smooth. Add the water and blend briefly to combine. Adjust salt to taste and chill in the refrigerator until very cold.

Before serving, add diced melon and croutons.
