Steps

Heat a pan add coriander seed, cumin seed, pepper seed, split bengal grams dry roast it. Add 1/4 cup of coconut.

Make a rough powder of roasted spices.

Keep the rough powder aside.

Heat a pan add 1tablespoon of oil add mustard seed, chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves and fry it till golden brown colour.

Add chopped broad beans add Salt, 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5mins.

Add rough spice powder in that pan and mix it well.

Now thùvaiyal is ready.
