Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 bunchCoriander/ cilantro
  2. Mint leaves 1/2 bunch (DON’T USE STEMS)
  3. 1 tbspBlack salt
  4. Regular salt
  5. 1Lemon
  6. Spicy Green chillies 4-5 nos. (please adjust spice level as per your requirements) if using thai 2-3 nos
  7. 1 litrewater

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

Wash cilantro and mint. Then Grind it along with chillies in fine paste

  2. 2

Now mix 3/4th paste in the water. Add black salt, regular salt and squeeze half lemon(adjust as per taste). Adjust the taste by adding extra paste if you like your water spicy.

  3. 3

I don’t like to strain the water, but if you prefer then leave water for atleast 25-30 minutes and then strain it to get the best taste. I would recommend going my way as per step 2

  4. 4

Add chopped cilantro leaves and serve it fresh.

  5. 5

Tip : Always use fresh cilantro and mint to get the best green colour🌱🌿Also I use paste to make chana aloo stuffing. Try it!
