Like every home, my son too doesn't like Pumpkin or Bottle gourd or Bitter gourd. So I have started to add them in different curries, different ways. So here I'm with my Pumpkin-Potato curry.

Like every home, my son too doesn't like Pumpkin or Bottle gourd or Bitter gourd. So I have started to add them in different curries, different ways. So here I'm with my Pumpkin-Potato curry.
Steps

Chopped the pumpkin and potatoes, keep ready crushed garlic and green chillies.

Take a pan, add oil once oil is hot add mustard, let it crackled, add asfoitida

Add crushed garlic and green chillies. Mix it properly. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix it well.

Add water, mix it. Add salt. Mix it again.

Close the pan. And cook it for 10 minutes. If you are making in the cooker, give five whistles. Let it cool down. Open the pan. Mash up roughly. It will make thick gravy.

Serve with Bhakhari, Roti or Khichdi.
