3 tbloil
1/4 conion
1-2garlic cloves
1 lbmushroom
3 tblflour
1/2 cMarsala wine
1 1/2 cbeef stock

Steps

Oil pan on high heat add onion garlic mushrooms. Sauté until mushroom tender add flour cook for one min. Deglaze pan with wine. Add beef stock cook till thick.
