Take the rice powder in a bowl, add salt and mix them well.

Then start kneading with the help of lukewarm water.Knead till the dough is soft.

Now grease ghee in your palms and start making chooshi.Take an almond size dough and roll between your palms.Do this very gently.Shapes will be thicker in the middle and thin at the ends.

Then take a pan and pour milk in it.Add khejurer gud in it according to your sweet tooth.And stir it for few mins.

Once the milk is thickened lower the flame and start putting chooshis slowly slowly into it.

Cook on medium flame for 4-5mins or till they get hard a bit.It should be soft to chew but hard enough to hold the shape.

Now take it down from heat and leave for an hour or less.After it gets cool serve it and enjoy your typical bengali dessert.
