Separate egg yolk and white.

Take deep pan and Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water. Wait for boiling. By the time beat the egg yolk and turmeric and transfer this mixture into a bottle.then strain this mixture through a strainer so that we get a nice and smooth mixture without any lumps.

Make a small hole on the top of the cap as per the picture. Pour this mixture into it.
Now to this boiling sugar syrup, we have to pour egg yolk mixture through the hole. - 4
Rotate the glass so as to form chains of egg yolks. Do not pour everything at once, it may not cook evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, slightly moving them with a fork. Then remove from the syrup and allow it to cool. Repeat until all the egg yolks are used up. Our egg garland is ready. Allow the remaining sugar syrup to cool

Lets make snow white pudding.
Once sugar syrup is cooled and this into egg white mix. Add cardamom powder, All-purpose flour, milk powder and vanilla essence into this mix - 6
Transfer thos mixture into a small tumbler. Take a Steamer/idli maker.
Now steam this in a steamer, for 20-25 minutes, until cooked completely. - 7
Allow to cool. Spread our egg garland over snow white pudding..Garnish with cherries/ pomegranate seeds.
