This is originally a powder which we used for bittergourd stir fry.
One day wen I tried with ladyfingers it became our fav dish ever.

One day wen I tried with ladyfingers it became our fav dish ever.
Steps

Wash and cut the ladyfingers into small sizes.

Add some oil to a pan and roast the ladyfingers till the stickiness is completely gone. While roasting add a little amount of salt.

Take the chanadal, roasted Bengal gram, red chillies, jeera and blend it to a coarse powder.

One the ladyfingers are nicely roasted add a little amount of chilli powder as per taste.

Now once the raw smell is gone add the powder and mix well.

Let it roast for a few mins.

Garnish with a few curry leaves(optional).
