Mash the potatoes nicely

Add all the spices to it👇🏻

And add masala from any pickle available at your home..(it will add a very good taste to your cutlets...)☺

Mix it nicely..

Take small portion of the mixture and give it any shape you like (I have given it square shape..) 👇🏻

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it from both the sides till it became golden..

When it is golden from both the sides take it out from the pan..

Now it is ready to serve.. 😋
