Wash & set the mutton aside then pop in all those ingredients including oil leave the lemon juice for adding while it’s cooked

In a pressure cooker add in all the ingredients with mutton & dal then add half a glass of water cover the lid cook till 3-4 whistles

Check if mutton & dal are tender then fry all the water keeping on stove then let it cool down to room temperature

Then grind it to prepare the kababs dough then take the desired amount for kababs rest of the dough can be stored in an airtight container for a week or two perfectly

Take a pan make ovel shaped kababs the drizzle some oil & drop each kabab fry till golden brown both the sides & enjoy the delicious kababs @ home with your regular meal menu white rice, curry or chapati either..!
