Ingredients

30 mins
5_6 servings
  1. 250 gmsqeema (beef)
  2. 1finely chopped onion
  3. 1 tbspfinely chopped Dhania (coriander)
  4. 1 tbspchopped green chillies
  5. 1egg beaten
  6. 1 tspwhite zeera roasted and crushed
  7. 1_1/2tbsp roasted and crushed sabut dhania
  8. 1big bread slice soaked and drained
  9. 1 tspor more red crushed chillies
  10. 2_3 tbsp besan or more according to need
  11. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except basan in qeema

  2. 2

    Add besan little by little till we see it's well combined if it's less add some more but not too much

  3. 3

    Mix with hands we'll and keep in fridge covered for 1/2 hour or more

  4. 4

    Grease hands and make small balls.

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry them to nice on low flame and don't stir till they are firm.

  6. 6

    When they are firm stir with spoon so that nice brown colour comes on all sides but don't over cook otherwise it will be dry.

  7. 7

    Makes 12_14 kababs

  8. 8

    Kabab are ready to serve with chutney, raita, puri etc
