This is a croquette that my daughter loves.💕 When my daughter was a child, she was very happy to make this. The croquette is made from frozen corn🌽, so you can easily make it without having to cool the corn cream.👌💖 #mycookbook

40 gbutter
70 gminced onion
50 gflour
250 ccmilk or soy milk
1 cubebouillon
250 gfrozen corn
batter
flour egg breadcrumbs
oil for fry

Steps

Put butter in the pan. and add chopped onion and fry evenly.

When onion become soft, put flour and stir well.

Put milk little by little, and add bouillon and mix well. and when mix well, make it boil.

As you heat it over low heat, the cream mixture will become a mass. This moment, the cream is so hot that you can't touch it.

Put the cream in a vat, flatten it, add frozen corn and mix well. Since the corn is frozen, it gets cold quickly, so you can touch and make it into a lemon shape. ( I always make corn croquette into lemon shape😍）

Dip the croquette in flour, then egg, and then breadcrumbs, and then fry it in oil. The small three balls are for OBENTO
