It's a form of potato cutlet but with art of food. It's crunchy and yet very yummy to eat.

Steps

In a bowl add mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup grinded green peas, 1 bowl grinded bread crumbs, red chilli powder as per taste, salt as per taste, pinch of Chaat masala, pinch of cumin powder. And mix well and form a dough

Now take small Portion of this dough and make round small ball.

Now in bowl add 1 tbps cornflour and 2 tbps water and mix like a paste.

Now dip the dough ball in it and then put in roasted vermicelli bowl and rotate all sides of dough ball

Press in centre and make a nest shape

Now in heated oil pan put these nest and fry well.

Now in bowl add mashed paneer, salt, red chilli powder and 1 tbps semolina. And make a mixture

Make small small balls of this mixture and fry on low flame in that oil pan. Take it out as white color only.

Put these paneer form of egg on vermicelli coated potato nest. Bird nest is ready to serve
