Cut boneless chicken into small cubes marinate it with soy sauce 1 tsp salt,pepper and paprika leave it on for 2 hours

Boil the pasta and drain the water

Cut the vegetables Julian and mushrooms into slices saute then on medium heat

Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan add marinated chicken cook on high flame until it gets light brown color add 1/2 cup water and cover the pan let it simmer untill cooked take it off from the flame

Add butter in saucepan until it melts add flour and roast it slowly add milk and mix it continuously. Add 1-1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper and chicken stalk until it thickens mix in chicken and vegetables and sprinkle it oregano

Serve with mushrooms on top
