Mix all the ingredients of missi roti and knead a dough. No water is needed. Cook the roti from both sides. Apply ghee on 1 side.

For potato stuff mix all the ingredients together.

Now take a normal atta loyi. Spread 1 tsp ghee all over loyi. Put aloo stuff evenly and roll it tightly.

Again apply 1 tsp ghee on a roll and roll it.

Now flatten with hand or rolling pin as you feel comfortable. Cook the roti from both sides. Apply 1tsp ghee again on roti.

Serve hot with any pickle and curd with lots of butter😋
