Knead wheat dough by taking 2 cups wheat flour, 2 tsp refined oil, 1/2 tsp salt & 1 cup water.

In a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled & mashed potatoes.

Add red chilli powder,turmeric,cumin, aamchur powder, ajwain, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt & mix well.

Pinch a ball sized wheat dough & dust with some wheat flour.

Roll it in a circular, then stuff the potato stuffing in the middle by making a whole & roll slightly thick

Fry the parathas with ghee still brown.

Serve hot with butter,kashmiri dum aloo & kesar pista Srikhand.
