Kasturi Kabab With Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice

Take a bowl add Ginger Garlic paste, tandoori masala and chicken pieces and mix well.

Keep a side for 1/2 hour.

Heat a butter and oil in a Karahi add gram flour and saute until golden brown color.

Remove from the flame. 3 tbsp of Gram flour keep aside.

Add the remaining mixture bread crumbs, Garlic, cumin powder,lemon juice, coriander powder, pinch of green cardamom powder and Marinated chicken pieces.

Turn on the heat and Saute chicken for 5 minutes.

Take a bowl add egg yolk, cumin seeds and Gram flour and mix well.

On Bamboo stick skewers put 5 to 6 chicken pieces together. Then coat each skewers with the prepared batter.

Make all skewers and shallow fry them on medium heat.

Serve hot with Raita or Rice.

I served with Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice.
