Take a pan and pour some oil then add the crushed ginger garlic paste and saute well then add the onions and tomato to the oil once everything is cooked add the boiled chicken.

Add the chilli,turmeric, coriander and garam masala powders along with salt.pour some chicken stock and cook under low flame for 15 min.make a thick gravy

Take the banana leaves and show under flame to make it soft

The on the banana leaf add one poratta then some chicken mix some finely chopped onions and chillies then again one poratta over the mix.

Close the banana leaf in the shape of a kizhi /money bag and steam it for 5 to 10 mins.serve hot

Nb :vegetarian s can add mushrooms instead of chicken
