Put soya chunks in pan with water and boil it for 5 minutes.

Let it cool down at room temperature and squeeze the chunks to drain excess water

Add soya chunks to a grinding jar and also add 9 to 10 cloves of garlic, ginger, 2 green Chillies, garam masala and salt to taste

Grind it to fine paste and add 4 tablespoon of corn flour to it you can also use besan for healthy option.

Give it a nice mix.

Now take the soya mixture in your hands and shape the kababs in oval shape.

Now heat the kadai and add oil for deep frying.

Now fry the kababs on medium heat till they are golden brown.

Take them out in plate and your soya kababs are ready to eat

Garnish it with cucumber, your favourite veggies and green chutney.

They are crunchy and rich in protein.
