Take a bowl add semolina and yoghurt.

Add salt, red chilli powder mix well.add 1 cup water mix well.

Rest 10 mintes semolina soaked water be smooth.

Heat tva. Grease.and put better.make small uttapam.uper sprinkle all veggies.cover with a lid.

After 2 minutes. Remove lid.turn uttapam.cook both sides.

Ready to serve with coconut corinder chutney.
