Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices. Pet dry with cloth. Add 1tbsp of oil into nonstick pan and add salt. Coven and cook for 7-8min on medium heat.

Now, uncover and cook on high flame for a min, and stir continuously. Make it brown. Now, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper and corn starch. Add water and make slury.

Heat pan again, (same pan in which we made chips) add 2tbsp oil, ginger garlic paste, diced onion and capsicum. Stir fry on high flame for a min. Then add prepared slury.

Mix well and keep heat low now, add ketchup and mix well. Add roasted potato slices and mix well. Simmer for a min. Serve hot.
