Steps

Soak sooji and curd for 3-4 hrs and allow to ferment.

Mix 1/3rd water, salt, black pepper and veggies in the fermented batter.

Heat ghee in a small pan and mustard seeds to it. As they start to crackle add them to the batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa and brush ghee on it.

Spread the batter and cook from both sides.
- 6
Serve with chutney of your choice.
